Is the Free plan really free forever?

Yes. No credit card required. You get 1 agent, 150 messages/month, storage, and text + FAQ training indefinitely.

What counts as a "message"?

Each AI response to a visitor counts as one message. Visitor messages do not count - only the agent's replies.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade takes effect immediately. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens if I hit my message limit?

The agent stops responding until the next billing cycle. You can upgrade at any time to get more messages immediately.

Do you offer yearly billing?

Yes. Yearly billing gives you approximately 2 months free compared to monthly. Switch on the subscription page.

What currencies are accepted?

INR for users in India (auto-detected). USD for all other users. Payments via Razorpay.

What is the highest plan?

Pro Plus is our highest standard plan and includes unlimited messages, unlimited agents, team access, and advanced integrations.

Can I get a refund?

No. Once you paid then you will get the full benefits of the plan for the billing period, but we do not offer refunds for unused time or messages.
